The drive is hydraulic, without gearboxes that can damage due to some impact. In case of collisions with objects, or with the bottom of the river, the propulsion system automatically unlocks and raises, thus reducing damages.

 

The systems are available in powers of 100 up to 1000 HP. They are mounted on compact skids containing hydraulic unit driven by diesel engine and drive unit driven by hydraulic motor. The system is easy and quick to install.

 

The system is mainly used for propulsion of ferries, ferry boats and work boats. Models available in Standart model or with Kort tube, which provides a thrust up to 30% higher. Propeller immersion height is adjustable hydraulically, thus facilitating passage or maneuvering through shallow places. It is possible to raise propulsion above the waterline, favoring propeller and hydraulic motor maintenance services.
