The hydraulic winches of the GHS Series are the solution for various traction and lifting applications. Widely used in naval, port, mining, and industrial operations, and often as mooring winches.
The winches feature a planetary gearbox and a box-type gearbox, making them highly resistant to impacts and overloads. They can consist of a combination of 2 or more planetary gearboxes and motors, with capacities that can reach up to 100 tons of traction.
Other capacities are available upon request. They can have “jaw” type clutches, allowing free drum unwinding or the free-fall function, as well as band brakes that enable high braking capacity.
The box-type gearboxes are fully enclosed and lubricated by an oil bath, making them highly durable and low-maintenance winches.
