An example is the pile drivers developed and manufactured by Strauhs, which were installed on barges for placing the piles of new port piers under construction.
In addition to the tower and tilt cylinders, all the winches for handling the piles and anchoring were manufactured by Strauhs.
The photos show a Pile Driver with a height of 50 meters and a weight of 200 tons, with two hydraulic cylinders each 4 meters long and with a force of 100 tons each.
