We specialize in serial and specific production of outsourced parts; We manufacture medium and large parts for machines, metal structures, pipelines, etc. We have numerous overhead cranes with capacities between 10 and 20 tons, as well as mobile cranes for handling external loads. All our welders are qualified for numerous types of materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and bronze. We also perform recovery of large parts.
We machine medium and large parts. We have two 12-meter lathes for turning large shafts, as well as boring machines for machining parts up to 20 tons. The parts are manufactured according to the client’s project and requirements.
We have the structure to carry out non-destructive tests such as liquid penetrant, magnetic particles, ultrasound, etc. In addition to destructive tests such as tensile and impact tests. We have internal welding inspectors, as well as the availability of inspectors for non-destructive, dimensional, and other tests.
